A man with a waist circumference more than 90 cm and a woman with a waist circumference more than 80 cm, indicates a high-risk factor for degenerative diseases.
Try pinching the meat in your stomach just above the navel. If the distance between your thumb and forefinger is more than 2.5 cm, you need to change your diet and diligently exercise to get rid of belly fat.
